This is a traditional Tuscan wine produced from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes hand-picked in the estate's vineyards. Following harvest, grapes are dried on straw mats to retain a greater sugar concentration. This wine is neither too sweet nor too dry with a good acidity making it a versatile wine to accompany many kinds of food.
