Tasted from tank prior to bottling, the 2015 IGP Vaucluse Heloise is silky, rich and long. Full-bodied yet elegant, with layers of cherry fruit that turn crisp and cranberry-like on the long finish, it looks to be another top vintage for this cuvée.

A beautiful red, with a true terroir imprint. Shows salty black licorice and tapenade that infuse a base of rich cherry ganache, pepper and anise. Round and rich, this still has a lot of structure and impressive depth, with cashmere tannins softened by time. Drinking beautifully now, with an impressive mineral profile and length. Reveals smoky and sweet bass notes, thanks to grilled sandalwood and incense. Syrah, Grenache and Roussanne.
