This sample was from the second bottling run for this wine, which was done in early September of 2021. It comes in at a svelte 12.5 percent octane and offers up a lovely nose of green apple, lime, chalky soil tones, white flowers and a topnote of citrus peel. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied, focused and shows off lovely depth in the mid-palate, with impressive balance and grip, bright acids and a long, classy finish.
