Domaine Anita 2020 Moulin-A-Vent Tres Vieille Vigne “Les Caves” (94 JS, 93 WE) 
This cuvee is made from a small plot of very old vines (over 100-years-old) located on pink granitic soils. The nose is compact, showing dense hints of dark fruits, flowers and minerals. On the palate you’ll get a solid, almost vertical structure, driven by elegant acidity. Great purity here, and a long mineral finish.
