Coming from the Mythical Lieu Dit Rochelle, this cuvee is fully destemmed with 24 days maceration and daily cap punchings, it offers dark flowers notes, ripe black fruits, licorice and spices. The structure is massive, rich, and round yet well balanced with great length.
