Made from a selection of the finest Syrah and Grenache blocks in the Folded Hills vineyards, each meticulously farmed by our vineyard team. To preserve freshness and vibrancy, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. We include just 8% new French oak to enhance the texture and depth of the wine. Dusty and spiced aromatics alongside notes of black tea, peppercorn, and red plum on the palate. With lightly tactile tannin and lingering acidity, this Grenache-Syrah blend offers versatility and flexibility as a food-pairing wine.
