Vibrant and racy stuff, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Estate offers crushed citrus, lychee (or is it gooseberry?), sweet mint, and some exotic nuances. Aged 18 months in 60% neutral French barrels with 40% new French oak, it's medium-bodied and has a vibrant, pure, balanced mouthfeel with integrated clean acidity and a great finish. Drink 2025-2032.
