The 2021 Goldloch GG is open and apparently more generous on the aromatic yet refined and flinty nose that reveals deep, pure, fresh and concentrated fruit intertwined with crushed and weathered wet stone aromas. Silky, crystalline and very elegant on the palate, this is a salty, savory and sustainable structured Riesling with crystalline acidity, structure and remarkable finesse. It is stimulatingly saline on the palate and very long yet needing time to show its talents. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2022.
