Notes of sweet berries, orange zest and rose petals introduce Bouley's 2023 Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Vibrations, a medium- to full-bodied, pure and precise wine built around suave tannins and bright acids. As readers will remember, Bouley has reimagined the name and label for this cuvée to reflect the character of this site nestled at the border of the plateau above Volnay, surrounded by trees and dry stone walls.
