Fidelio is the only white wine in Realm’s portfolio. The Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from two iconic vineyards, Farella, our cool-climate Estate vineyard in the Coombsville AVA, and Gamble Family Vineyard in Yountville. Sourcing from both a cool and warmer site imbues the wine with a broad range of fruit characteristics, and multiple picks adds to the spectrum of flavors and textures. Fidelio is well-balanced, tipping neither toward the oaky or grassy end of the spectrum. Its rounded texture comes from lees stirring and neutral barrel ageing. Fidelio is their version of a fine white Bordeaux, beautifully structured, expansive on the palate, and wonderfully complex.
