The 1er Cru Fourchaume is truly elegant & refined. The vines face west and are 40 years old. Aged in tank for a year before bottling, this is supple & fresh on the palate. Fourchaume is one of the best known 1er crus in Chablis for good reason, and De Oliveira Lecestre's example is the most nervy and compelling example you'll ever taste.
