Beautiful shiny robe, golden yellow with green reflections. An expressive nose with complexity ensured by elegant and delicate floral aromas, complemented by mineral notes (flint), toast, vanilla, honey and hazelnut. Nice frank attack continued by a good balance in the mouth with a potential for roundness and well-dosed fat. Fine prestigious aromas: white flowers (elderberry, lilac), mineral notes, hazelnut, grilled and spices lead it to an exceptional long finish.
The Lamblin family have owned vineyards in Chablis since 1690. Today, this amazing winery is in the hands of the 12 generation, Clement Lamblin. Clement is a passionate winemaker who gained his expertise working in Beaune. He's a very well-recognized winemaker in the area. A few years ago he won a regional award, being recognized as one of the “Young Talented Winemakers” of the year.
