Freedom Hill’s distinguished terroir is highlighted in the new Mt. Pisgah, Polk County AVA within the expansive Willamette Valley. From this exceptional vineyard, we source two adjacent 24-year-old Pinot Noir blocks of Pommard and Dijon 115, which are picked and co-fermented together.

Freedom Hill Pinot Noir opens generously with its signature intensity, revealing layers of wild raspberries, roasted plums, and the delicate allure of candied violets.
