All varietal, this grape type not discovered until the 1980s, the 2025 Conde Valdemar Tempranillo Blanco is from a high-plateau estate vineyard called Finca Alto Cantabria first planted in the 2000s near Logrono. The poor calcareous soils provide a salinity and acidity, the wine fermented and aged in stainless only and stirred on the lees over four months before bottling.
