This is Tequila Alquimia's crowning glory!  From our very first production of our own tequila, from our own estate-grown agaves in 2004, we set aside a number of barrels which remained sealed, and they turned 14 years old this year.  We used once-used Jack Daniels barrels to age.  This exquisite spirit is bottled at barrel strength, at 100 Proof. This Certified Organic Extra Añejo is phenomenal on the nose and palate!
