2025 Antinori Conte Della Vipera Sauv Blanc / Semillion
Region: Umbria IGT, Central Italy.
Grape Varieties: Typically around 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Sémillon.
Flavor Profile: Combines the crisp, vertical acidity and citrus notes (grapefruit, lemon) of Sauvignon Blanc with the soft, tropical roundness and creamy texture of Sémillon.
Terroir: Vineyards sit 825–1,050 feet above sea level on fossil-rich marine sedimentary soils.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature controls, keeping the fresh fruit profile intact before bottling
