The latest project from the inimitable Fred Savart and 5 longtime friends with a common passion for wine and culture. Conceived in 2014, after noticing there were prime vineyards in Champagne that were not being adequately appreciated, the idea was to promote these prime sites and create a small business out of it.

Base wine blend of 2016 (85%) & 2015 (15%)

30% Chardonnay Premier Cru, 56% Pinot Premier Cru, 14% Rouge Verzenay & Sermiers

Bottled: July 2017 (5 years sur lees)
