Sarti (also known as Sarti Rosa) is a popular, vibrant pink Italian aperitivo produced in Bologna since 1885. It features a bright blend of Sicilian blood orange, mango, and passion fruit. At 14% ABV, it is a fruitier, tropical alternative to Aperol and is primarily used to make the refreshing "Sarti Spritz".
