Siembra Alteno Tequila Blanco is made from 100% blue agave single estate grown in the tequila highlands around the Camarena family distillery in Arandas Jalisco.  The aroma leads with agave and lime.  Additional time brings out black pepper, herbal, green bell pepper, and olive notes.  The sweet agave and cinnamon entry has a soft mouth feel building to a buttery agave, lime, cinnamon, and olive peak.  It fades with mineral, apple, and floral notes and finishes with black pepper, lime, and cooked agave, leaving mint aftertaste.  Bottled at 92 proof this is a very smooth and flavorful tequila.
