This tradition-bucking blend of 40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Viognier and 20% Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of peach slice, serrano chile and moss on the nose. The palate is slightly viscous, carrying flavors of stonefruit and pineapple that are cut by a greener edge. — Matt Kettmann
