CWH Parfait was blended and finished for our friend Chris Kolemainen of Clayton Winehouse. Chris has been a friend of ours for years and is also a longtime member of our Side Project club, La Coterie. 

For this second Parfait blend, we harnessed the flavors of the popular Espresso Martini and put our little twist on it. With that winter cocktail in mind, we used our Vibes Stout recipe and a blend of our Barrel-Aged Vibes Stout and Barrel-Aged O.W.K. recipes which had rested for 1 year in Willett Bourbon barrels. The final blend was then finished on Italian Roast Espresso, Madagascar Vanilla Beans and a mix of Naval and Cara Cara Orange zest, for a little spin on this classic cocktail in beer form.


Working with Chris on this has been great and we are so excited to share this new Parfait with you and everyone at Clayton Winehouse!
